Currently (Fall 2024) we don't anticipate having any litters until spring/summer 2025. We'd love to place our babies in your home, we look for the best fit for you and our pup and look forward to setting up a video interview to meet our little ones. The Dox House is a small family-owned establishment in Milton Florida, just Northeast of Pensacola. We have been Mini-Dachshund owners for over 15 years. All of our puppies are raised in our home with "Lotts" of love and attention!

If for any reason you are unable to care for the puppy/dog, we ask that in place of ever taking the dog to an animal shelter, please contact us to help find the pup a loving home.

We Guarantee our Purebred mini dachshund puppies to be happy, healthy, and well socialized.

Our dogs are recognized and registered with the AKC and CKC. We are reputable and experienced dog breeders, check us out on the AKC website.  The AKC acknowledges The Dox House (Jessica Lott) to be a distinguished breeder and on their "Bred with H.E.A.R.T". Worry free purchase - We are here to assure you in your decision to purchase from us, offering reassurance via video-phone calls and photos. 

Whether you call them DOXies, wiener dogs, sausage dogs, low-riders or dachshunds we have the dog for you! We breed with health and temperament in mind making sure puppies conform to mini dachshund breed standards.

Our puppies are vet checked and have a veterinarian health certificate.

We are an easy drive from Tallahassee, Florida or Mobile, Alabama. Our puppies have fond fur-ever homes all over the South including Alabama, Florida Georgia, Louisiana, Mississippi, and Texas. 

We have 4 mini doxies. Lola, Lucy, Loretta and Hank. Our dogs generally weigh between 8 and 14 pounds. The coat types we can produce are smooth (short haired) or long-haired coat types. The colors we can produce are black, chocolate, blue and Isabella (fawn). Our patterns include solid, solid & tan, piebald and dapple.
